Shri Rawatpura Government University is moving forward to realize the vision of the learners in the field of education and in this series, several placement drives were organized to make the completion of the academic course meaningful, in which more than 350 students have been selected in various reputed institutions.
It may be noted that in the placement drive organized by Lenskart on January 12, 2024 in SRU, 27 students of the Health and Allied Science Department of the Faculty of Science had registered and participated in the interview organized by the company. As a result of
the placement drive, a total of 19 students of the university were selected for the post of Optometrist.
Selected students of Bachelor of Optometry include Dhanesh Manhar, Preeti Kamat, Anjali Tumde, Vanshita Meshram, Rakesh Roshan Behera, Jyoti Gajendra, Kavita Pal, Roshni, Suman Sahu, Bharti Sahu, Chaitanya Singh Rajput, Aditya Tiwari, Bhoomi Rajput, Jailalita Manikpuri, Rakhi Goswami, Nikita Mandal and Sejal were provided offer letters by Lenskart. All the selected students will play the role of Optometrist in the reputed Lenskart outlets of the state like Raipur, Bhilai, Raigarh and other outlets.
