By the blessings of Anant Shri Vibhushit Shri Ravishankar ji Maharaj, Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University (SRU) was established in 2018 under Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operations) Act 2005. The University has approval U/S 2(f) and 12(b) of the UGC Act-1956. Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University is the 13th Private University in the country to be recognized U/S 12(b). The University is a multi-faculty and multi-disciplinary institution offering Diploma, UG, PG and Ph.D programmes in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Commerce, Science and Arts streams. The University was set up with the mission to promote the human well being by imparting quality education in this tribe dominated area of Chhattisgarh.
To achieve this mission, we are committed to providing world-class infrastructure, qualified and experienced faculties, well-equipped research laboratories, outcome-based learning pedagogy and a conducive and rich learning environment. The university is spread over 65 acers of lush green land and is offering a wide variety of educational programs to meet the requirements of the industry and society. The University committed to providing world-class education by maintaining the highest standards in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The passing out graduates of the university will be equipped with the desired knowledge, skills and competence to confidently meet the challenges of the corporate world and the contemporary society.
In year, 2000, His Holiness Shri Ravishankar Ji Maharaj (Shri Rawatpura Sarkar) established a Charitable Trust called "Shri Rawatpura Sarkar Lok Kalyan Trust" (SRLKT) to reach underprivileged section of the society residing in remote areas of this Part of the Country. The SRLKT is a nonprofit philanthropic organization, registered under Indian Trust Act 1880 on 29 March 2000. The trust is committed to work in the field of education, health care, social awareness and rural development.
The trust is engaged in doing pioneering work specially to eradicate ignorance from the life of the people. The trust aims to develop a nucleus that will impart quality education in various disciplines to meet the increasing demands of the new millennium. The Trust has made a Strong presence by establishing a number of Ashrams, Technical Institutions, Nursing Institutes, Pharmacy Institutes, Educational Institutions, chain of International Schools, Old age homes, Sanskrit Schools, Blood Bank and multi-faculty and multi-disciplinary University. The Trust took an special initiatives for diversification and expansion by establishing Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India in 2018 for achieving its objectives. The Trust also runs vocational courses for giving training to villagers in the field of organic farming, manufacturing of organic manure, biogas, etc.
