Event Marks Commitment to Indian Constitution with Oath-Taking Ceremony...

The Constitution Day celebration at Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University commenced with a solemn oath-taking ceremony, where the Vice Chancellor, Prof S.K. Singh, led the dignitaries and students in reciting the Preamble of the Indian Constitution

Dr. Saurabh Kumar Sharma, the Registrar of the University, welcomed the guests and emphasized the pivotal role played by Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar, in shaping modern India and ensuring a

democratic and regulated nation post-independence.

Special guest Adv. Faheem Khan Deputy Defence Concil District Legal Service Authority shared insightful thoughts on the roles of the committee members and chairpersons involved in the drafting of the Indian Constitution. He also highlighted three recent amendments in the law and the Indian Penal Code (IPC), stressing the importance of justice and fundamental rights.

Chief Guest Mr. Ashok Sharma Hon'ble Retd. District Session Judge, spoke I about the crucial aspects of the Indian Constitution, explaining how the President, Indian government, state governments, and other governing bodies function within its framework.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Abhishek Mishra, HOD of the Law Department, acknowledging the contributions of all attendees.

The event was efficiently coordinated by Ms. Rupal Agrawal, Assistant Professor in the Department of Law, ensures smooth proceedings throughout the ceremony.
