In this International Yoga Conference, five keynote speakers expressed their views in front of each chairman in a total of four technical sessions and papers were presented by various representatives through presentation. In the closing ceremony, the guests present on the stage released the souvenir of the International Yoga Conference of the Yoga Department.
Vice Chancellor of Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University Prof. S K Singh congratulated the Yoga Department for the successful International Yoga Conference organized for “Yoga for Global Peace and Happiness” and welcomed the Chief Guest Dr. Kashinath Samagandi and other guests with a flower bouquet.
In front of Professor Govind Mishra, who was presiding over today's technical session, the keynote speaker Dr. Manju Singh Thakur told that a new lifestyle is achieved through yoga and practicing yoga is necessary for a healthy and happy life. The reason for the violence and corruption happening nowadays is the mental illness of a social person. The practice of yoga can bring about a change in the world. Yoga is the science of the soul which works on the body and mind of a person.
In his address, Professor Govind Mishra said that if we pay attention to the words of yoga, then yoga is synonymous with peace and happiness. The existence of happiness, joy and bliss is yoga and yoga is not only a philosophy but also a science.
Chief Guest Dr. Kashinath Samagandi, Director of Morarji Deshi National Institute of Yoga Ministry, Ayush Ministry Delhi expressed his views and said that the principle of this program is the spirit of Vasudev Kutumbakam. He congratulated and wished all the students and researchers from India and abroad who participated in this conference.
In the end, the Chief Guest and the keynote speaker honored the winners of the Best Paper and Best Manuscript by giving them mementoes and certificates. After that, the Registrar of the University Dr. Saurabh Kumar Sharma gave the vote of thanks. Dean Academic Dr. R.R.L. Birli, Dean Faculty of Arts Dr. Manish Pandey, Dr. K.R. Chakradhari from Yoga Department, Dr. Captain Singh along with all the teachers of Yoga Department were present in the program. The stage was conducted by Dr. Radhika Chandrakar.
