Guest Lecture on Micro-alloying of Novel Metals on Mg/MgH2 organised by Department of Chemistry...
Hydrogen energy is pollution-free, abundant and recyclable… Dr. Verma
Today in Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University the guest lecture organised on the topic Micro-alloying of Novel Metals on Mg/MgH2 for enhancing the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation in which the key note speaker Professor Dr. Santosh Kumar Verma of the School of New Energy, Yulin University, China discuss about the particular subject with the students of the chemistry department. The main objective of t
he lecture was spread the knowledge of hydrogen energy, hydrogen storage and the transportation with using liquid organic hydrogen material and Mg based solid hydrogen.
Dr. Verma mainly elaborate about the commonly used hydrogen storage and transportation methods including high pressure hydrogen, liquid hydrogen, organic hydrogen and solid hydrogen. He said that, hydrogen energy is pollution-free, abundant, and recyclable as well as the research direction about the Magnesium-based hydrogen energy materials and Methyl cyclohexane organic liquid hydrogen storage material.
The program was coordinated by Assistant Professor Dr. Hitesh Dewangan in the presence of Dean Faculty of Science Prof. (Dr.) Anubhuti Koshle, Dean of Research & Development Dr. R.P. Rajwade and staff members of the chemistry department.
The Pro-Chancellor of the University Mr.Harsh Gautam, the Vice-Chancellor Prof S.K Singh, and Registrar Dr. Saurabh Kumar Sharma praised about the lecture organised for the student of the chemistry department, Faculty of Science.
