Inter-College Football Competition 2024 organized in S.R.U..
The Inter-College Football (PU) Competition organized under the aegis of Chhattisgarh Government Higher Education Department is being organized from 24.09.24 to 25.09.24 at Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University Raipur. The chief guest in this competition was the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. S.K. Singh. The special guest was the Registrar of the University, Dr. Saurabh Kumar Sharma. Chief Guest Dr. S.K. Singh encouraged the players and urged them to play with team spirit throughout the competition and wished the players all the best in advance. Sports officials from the colleges identified for the program were also present.
Today's match was played between Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya Abhanpur and Maharaja Agrasen Mahavidyalaya in which Netaji Mahavidyalaya won by 06-00. In other matches, UTD Raipur defeated Mahant College Raipur by 04-00. Harishankar Shukla Mahavidyalaya won by 01:00 over Chhattisgarh College and Government Nagarjuna Mahavidyalaya defeated Government College Arang by 06-00. In another match, UTD won by 4-0 over Government College Kurud and Vipra Mahavidyalaya defeated Set Pallotti College by 2-1. Government Nagarjuna Mahavidyalaya won by 0-1 over Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya Abhanpur. Tomorrow the first semi-final match will be played between Vipra Mahavidyalaya and Chhattisgarh Mahavidyalaya and the second semi-final match will be played between Netaji College Abhanpur and UTD.
