About the Course:
Master of Computer Applications or MCA is a professional degree in computer science. MCA is a two year long professional post-graduate degree course for students who deeply want to learn computer application development. The MCA course is a combination of both theoretical and practical knowledge.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is a two year professional post-graduate programme for candidates wanting to delve deeper into the world of computer application development with the help of learning modern programming programme. It is a blend of both theoretical and practical knowledge. An MCA degree endows students’ an opportunity to work with tools meant to develop better and faster applications.
Key Areas of Study:
- To demonstrate a sound knowledge in key areas of computer Application or industrial computing.
- To demonstrate a substantial understanding of concepts in key areas of computer science.
- To carry out the required analysis and synthesis involved in computer systems, information systems and computer applications.
- To demonstrate professional competence in developing software and in its design and implementation.
- To develop sound practical skills to enable them to addressing problems which arise from computer systems and applications.
